About the Role

Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License
- Solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the UAE
- Strong Real Estate experience including residential and commercial transactions
- Proven Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English
- Strong local market awareness and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Role Description
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, advising clients on market trends and property values.
- Prepare and review contracts, coordinate with landlords, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle property listings, marketing campaigns, and negotiations.
- Uphold high ethical standards, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations in the UAE.
- Strong Real Estate experience including residential and commercial transactions, familiarity with off plan projects.
- Proven Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are beneficial.
- Strong local market awareness, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple listings and clients.
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or broker in the UAE market highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Location
- Full time, on site role located in the United Arab Emirates.
- Regular presence at DRE offices and in surrounding communities for meetings, viewings, and client engagements.
