Role Description

  • Real Estate Agents at DRE will work on site in the UAE, supporting clients throughout the buying, selling, leasing, and investment process.
  • Day to day responsibilities include prospecting and networking to build a client base, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting property listings, and advising clients on market conditions.
  • Agents will negotiate offers, coordinate with landlords, buyers, sellers, and developers, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.
  • The role also involves maintaining detailed records in brokerage systems, collaborating with colleagues, and delivering responsive customer service.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including residential and commercial sales and leasing.
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market; prior experience in Dubai or surrounding communities is an advantage.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to work on site, manage a flexible schedule, and travel within assigned communities.
