Role Description

  • Real Estate Agents at DRE will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, supporting clients through the entire sales and leasing process.
  • Day to day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing offers, and negotiating terms in line with company standards and local regulations.
  • Agents will provide market insights, advise clients on off plan investments, and coordinate with internal teams for property management and portfolio optimization.
  • The role requires accurate documentation, regular follow up, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • This is an on site role located in the United Arab Emirates, requiring presence in DRE offices and local communities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess hands on Real Estate experience, including property sales, leasing, and off plan transactions.
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and converting leads into closed deals.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Relevant certifications or training in real estate, business, or a related field are beneficial; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site, adapt to a fast paced market, and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment is essential.
