Role Description
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding needs and delivering solutions that support satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Manage client interactions, identify opportunities, coordinate service delivery, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts, conduct regular communications, understand business requirements, address concerns, and coordinate solutions.
- Work with sales, customer service, operations, finance, and other internal teams to address client needs and follow through on opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, identify retention and growth opportunities, support renewals, and maintain relationship plans.
- Prepare client reports and stay informed about customer needs and market developments.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of relationship management, account management, customer experience, retention, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build trusted long-term relationships and recommend products, services, or solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to manage inquiries, concerns, service issues, renewals, and follow-up activities professionally.
