Role Overview
Lead overall factory operations and ensure production is safe, efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with quality and delivery requirements.
Manage production, workforce, equipment, materials, facilities, and operational resources while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules and manage factory teams.
- Monitor output, operational performance, production KPIs, costs, quality, waste, downtime, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
- Implement process improvements, manage operational risks, ensure workplace safety, and maintain compliance.
- Optimize labor, materials, machinery, facilities, and other operational resources.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of factory management, manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage capacity, labor, materials, equipment, factory resources, budgets, operating costs, and productivity initiatives.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production workflows, machinery, maintenance coordination, facility operations, and workplace safety.
- Ability to investigate bottlenecks and root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
