Role Overview
Supports daily logistics activities and the efficient movement of products and materials from suppliers and warehouses to required destinations.
Coordinates shipment activities, delivery scheduling, documentation, inventory movements, and communication with logistics partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, collections, transfers, transportation schedules, and route requirements.
- Prepare and verify delivery orders, shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics records.
- Monitor delivery status and follow up on pending, delayed, or incomplete deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transport providers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Support receiving, dispatching, loading, unloading, transfers, and inventory movement tracking.
- Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, delays, and other logistics issues.
- Prepare logistics reports, shipment summaries, delivery updates, and operational records.
- Support transportation cost, delivery performance, compliance, safety, and process improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline.
