Role Overview
The Administrative Manager oversees administrative operations and provides efficient, professional, and coordinated support across the organization.
The role manages administrative processes, office resources, facilities, vendors, documentation, and support services while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop administrative procedures and coordinate office operations.
- Manage supplies, facilities, equipment, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor administrative expenses, purchasing, invoices, budgets, and cost control.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, schedules, and confidential information.
- Work with HR, finance, IT, procurement, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Manage administrative projects, improve workflows, monitor service quality, and support workplace activities.
- Prepare management reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of administrative management, office operations, facilities coordination, and organizational support functions.
- Ability to develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, workflows, and service standards.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage administrative activities and support teams.
