Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
- Monitor and record patients' health conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and their family members on health management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, or MOH regulations, infection control protocols, and company policies
- Coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high quality patient care
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid DHA, DOH, or MOH License or Eligibility Letter
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Home Healthcare experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and compassion
- Willingness to work on a 24 hour Stay in Home Care Duty schedule

- Position 1: Registered Nurse (RN) Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month
- Position 2: Assistant Nurse (AN) Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
- Job Type: Full time
- Duty Schedule: 24 Hour Stay in (Live in) Home Care Duty
