Responsibilities
- Perform rapid triage and assessment of patients presenting with urgent obstetric and gynecological conditions
- Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing, including performing and interpreting fetal heart rate monitoring (CTG)
- Identify and prioritize patients based on severity of condition to ensure timely intervention
- Provide emergency nursing care for conditions such as vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, early pregnancy complications, and postpartum concerns
- Assist physicians and midwives in emergency procedures and examinations
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately
- Recognize signs of patient deterioration and initiate appropriate emergency protocols
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, gynecologists, anesthetists, and laboratory services
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow up care, and warning signs requiring immediate attention
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid UAE license (DOH/DHA/MOH)
- Experience in emergency gynecology cases

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
