- Provide comprehensive, high quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Continuously monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, promptly identifying and responding to changes
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions, including ventilation and cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Operate and manage specialized medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant regulatory body (e.g., DOH/DHA/MOH)
- Minimum of 2 3 years of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Continuously monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, promptly identifying and responding to changes
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions, including ventilation and cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Operate and manage specialized medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring systems
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress
- Support and educate patients’ families, providing clear communication and emotional reassurance during critical situations
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe clinical environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant regulatory body (e.g., DOH/DHA/MOH)
- Minimum of 2 3 years of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting
