- Achieve annual bookings targets
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of Aviation, Ports and Borders and Critical Infrastructure sales opportunities in the Middle East Region
- Qualify opportunities and convert them into orders
- Provide strategic and tactical business development insights in preparing sales plans
- Forecast, track and report sales performance using internal tools such as SalesForce
- Develop and manage detailed budgeting and forecasting
- Assess customer requirements and provide feedback to internal departments
- Travel in excess of 50% of time to ensure client needs are met
Requirements
- 10 15 years minimum sales and Business Development work in the Middle East Region in the Security equipment and services sector
- Network of Middle Eastern customer base in Security Equipment and Services
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Proven ability to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Ability to travel in excess of 50% of time
- BS/BA degree
- Fluency in French is desirable

Job Overview
- Responsible for achieving annual bookings targets. Develop and maintain a pipeline of Aviation, Ports and Borders and Critical Infrastructure sales opportunities in the Middle East Region, qualify them, and convert them into orders to meet the Business Unit's annual Growth targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical: Understand the Business Unit's product line and competitive differential features and benefits
- Time Management: Due to the sole performer nature of the role, manage the job's critical external and internal activities in a balanced manner
- Communication: Arabic and English mastery for External and Internal communications and effective verbal and writing skills are key success factors
- Team Working: Develop key working relationships with internal teammates by Teams meetings at often inconvenient working hours
- Cross Functional Working: Continually build relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the successful completion of projects
- Health & Safety: Always follow and promote Group and Company policies and procedures

Requirements Criteria
- Essential: Network of Middle Eastern customer base in Security Equipment and Services
- Essential: Ability to identify, qualify and close sales
- Essential: Regional Knowledge
- Essential: Excellent external and internal oral and written presentation skills
- Essential: Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities sufficient to yield a qualified funnel of deals which achieve an assigned annual sales quota.
- Essential: Proven ability to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Essential: Provide strategic and tactical business development insights and thinking in preparing sales plans
- Essential: Forecast, track and report sales performance using internal tools such as SalesForce
- Essential: Develop and manage detailed budgeting and forecasting
- Essential: Assess customer requirements and provide feedback to internal departments to support Business Unit sales efforts
- Essential: Travel in excess of 50% of time to ensure client needs are met and regular communications are maintained with customers
- Essential: Experience: Evidence of having closed orders of significance in the Aviation, Ports and Borders or Critical Infrastructure market segments
