Responsibilities
- Support the RSAF Officer in Charge by actively advising and assisting in all aspects of radar specialty
- Continuously monitor all RSAF training in radar specialty and recommend improvements
- Train RSAF Engineering Officers and Warrant Officers in practical and theory
- Produce adequate engineering training material in radar specialty
- Perform intermediate level maintenance in radar specialty as required
- Support Mobile Maintenance Team (MMT) functions and travel to remote radar sites to perform specialized maintenance, troubleshooting, and training
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of surveillance radar equipment, radar subsystems, hardware and software, operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with current Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) systems (e.g., TPS 43, TPS 72, FPS 117)
- Experience in training and mentoring engineering officers
- Ability to perform intermediate level maintenance and support mobile maintenance teams
