Responsibilities
- Develop regional source market/Line of Business strategies to meet business needs and achieve revenue growth
- Report, measure and make recommendations on all activity to improve product effectiveness
- Proactively work with source markets/Line of Business to drive incremental value and increase share of wallet
- Develop new and innovative ways to take products to market to strengthen competitive advantage
- Support new routes through developing strong packaged holiday offerings
- Manage campaigns in conjunction with Commercial Support team
- Provide regular competitor/market analysis including benchmarking of product offerings
- Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop intimate understanding of customer needs and priorities
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, development, and career progression
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in marketing, business, or leisure/tourism related subject
- Experience in Product or the travel or leisure industry
- Previous experience in a product development role is preferred
- Subject matter expert on leisure travel destinations including UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills to large and diverse audiences

Job Purpose
- Emirates Holidays is the tour operation of our Airline.
- The role of Regional Product Manager Emiratisation is to design, develop and drive implementation plans to launch products into new and existing source Markets/Line of Business.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop regional source market/ Line of Business strategies to meet the needs of the business and achieve revenue growth in collaboration with Senior Product Manager.
- Report, measure and make recommendations on all activity to improve the effectiveness of our future products.
- Proactively work with source markets/ Line of Business' to drive incremental value and increase share of wallet through innovative product solutions.
- Develop new and innovative ways to take products to market to strengthen the company's competitive advantage and market share.
- Support new routes through developing strong packaged holiday offerings to drive awareness and demand for new destinations.
- Campaign management in conjunction with Commercial Support team engaging all key stakeholders.
- Understand business needs, provide regular competitor/ market analysis including benchmarking of Emirates/dnata product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, long term strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop intimate understanding of customer needs and priorities and proactively engage with internal and external customers.
- Manage the teams performance through coaching, training, development, career progression and motivate by role modelling leadership/ team work behaviours.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a marketing, business or leisure/tourism related subject
- Experience in Product or the travel or leisure industry
- Previous experience in a product development role is preferred.
