- Oversee day to day operational activities across projects in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company standards, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor performance metrics and implement operational best practices
- Review and optimize processes, resolve operational issues, and support resource planning and allocation
- Contribute to reporting for senior leadership
- Support compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations
Requirements
- Strong operational management skills, including regional oversight, process optimization, and performance monitoring
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction management, or a related field is highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional teams, manage stakeholders, and maintain productive vendor and partner relationships
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on execution
- Clear and professional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Proven ability to work on site, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic regional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with regional regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements in the UAE or GCC is preferred

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Regional Operations Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Regional Operations Manager will oversee day to day operational activities across projects in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company standards, timelines, and budgets.

- The Regional Operations Manager will also contribute to reporting for senior leadership, support compliance with local regulations and company policies, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including regional oversight, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction management, or a related field is highly beneficial.
