Role Description
- The Product Technology Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing the technology strategy and execution for real estate products and solutions.
- This role manages the full lifecycle of digital products, from requirements gathering and concept validation to implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Daily tasks include coordinating with cross functional teams, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature backlogs, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities.
- The Product Technology Manager collaborates with software development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, monitor progress, and resolve issues or risks.
- The role also involves analyzing performance data, recommending enhancements, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regional regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, define product metrics, and inform technology decisions.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with enterprise systems, integrations, and digital platforms.
- Proven Project Management experience in planning, prioritizing, and delivering technology or product initiatives on time and within scope.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities to guide cross functional teams, build alignment, and drive accountability.
- Understanding of Software Development processes (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and manage part time hours with a structured, self driven work style.
