Requirements
- Strong capabilities in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data driven decision making
- Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in using productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, process mapping software)
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset

Role Description
- The Continuous Improvement Manager is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work both on site and from home.
- In this role, the manager will analyze current operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across projects and functions.

Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement, with experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data driven decision making.
- Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on site and remote work.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is highly beneficial; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, process mapping software) and preparing concise management reports.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
