Role Description

  • The Continuous Improvement Manager is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work both on site and from home.
  • In this role, the manager will analyze current operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across projects and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Mapping and documenting workflows
  • Developing and implementing process improvement plans
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to measure impact
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to promote operational excellence
  • Facilitating problem solving workshops
  • Supporting change management activities
  • Preparing clear reports and presentations for leadership
  • Sharing best practices to foster a continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement, with experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data driven decision making.
  • Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on site and remote work.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is highly beneficial; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, process mapping software) and preparing concise management reports.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
