Role Description

  • The Leadership Development Manager is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work model, combining on site collaboration with flexible work from home arrangements.
  • This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs that support the growth of current and emerging leaders across the organization.
  • Day to day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing curricula and learning paths, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and providing one on one coaching to leaders at various levels.
  • The role also involves evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing feedback and performance data, and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • The Leadership Development Manager will collaborate closely with HR, senior leadership, and functional managers to embed leadership capabilities into organizational culture and support succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership development expertise, including experience in Leadership Development, Training & Development, and Coaching.
  • Proven program design and delivery skills, including Program Management and Training for leadership and professional development initiatives.
  • Experience conducting learning needs assessments, defining competencies, and building structured leadership pipelines.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze learning data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., coaching, L&D, HR) are an asset.
  • Experience working in real estate, large family groups, or fast growing organizations in the MENA region is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid, part time setting with strong self management, planning, and time management capabilities.
