- Design, implement, and manage leadership development programs that support the growth of current and emerging leaders
- Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership development gaps and opportunities
- Develop curricula and learning paths for leadership development
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for leaders at various levels
- Provide one on one coaching to leaders at various levels
- Evaluate program effectiveness by analyzing feedback and performance data
- Recommend improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with HR, senior leadership, and functional managers to embed leadership capabilities into organizational culture
- Support succession planning initiatives
Requirements
- Strong leadership development expertise, including experience in Leadership Development, Training & Development, and Coaching
- Proven program design and delivery skills, including Program Management and Training for leadership and professional development initiatives
- Experience conducting learning needs assessments, defining competencies, and building structured leadership pipelines
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze learning data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- A relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., coaching, L&D, HR) are an asset
- Experience working in real estate, large family groups, or fast growing organizations in the MENA region is an advantage
- Comfort working in a hybrid, part time setting with strong self management, planning, and time management capabilities

Role Description
- The Leadership Development Manager is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work model, combining on site collaboration with flexible work from home arrangements.
- This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs that support the growth of current and emerging leaders across the organization.
- Day to day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing curricula and learning paths, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and providing one on one coaching to leaders at various levels.
- The role also involves evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing feedback and performance data, and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- The Leadership Development Manager will collaborate closely with HR, senior leadership, and functional managers to embed leadership capabilities into organizational culture and support succession planning.
Qualifications
