Job Summary
Leads supply chain projects ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and efficiencies.
Analyzes data to forecast demand and manage risks effectively.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Own regional logistics KPI framework (DOT, COTA, COD, DRM, TPW).
- Monitor logistics cost and productivity.
- Manage transport and warehouse performance dashboards.
- Coordinate carrier performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Maintain logistics vendor and contract repository.
- Lead transportation and warehousing improvement projects.
- Drive logistics standardization and best practices.
