- Provide daily technical support for regional users at corporate offices and pharmacies
- Monitor and support office services, network, IP phones, meeting rooms, printing, and infrastructure devices
- Implement IT corporate projects and ensure end user device compliance with IT standards
- Act as point of contact for internal departments and third level escalation
- Collaborate with third parties on store operations projects (new retail applications, device configuration, etc.)
- Test new systems and application patches before deployment
- Conduct regular site visits to assigned regional stores to maintain user satisfaction

Job Overview
- Provide daily technical support for regional users at corporate regional offices and pharmacies to ensure sustainable operations.
Accountabilities
- Support daily operation of corporate users at branch offices and maintenance offices, monitoring and supporting office services, network, IP phones, meeting rooms, printing, and infrastructure devices.
- Implement IT corporate projects and ensure end user devices (corporate and stores) compliance with IT standards and policies.
- Act as point of contact for Nahdi internal departments and third level of escalation, receiving escalations in case of third party SLA breaches.
- Collaborate with third parties during project implementations for store operations (new retail applications, pharmacy HW, technology refresh, etc.).
- Test new systems and application patches before deployment to ensure operations excellence and quality control.
- Conduct regular site visits to all assigned regional stores to maintain good relationships with end users and their satisfaction.
