About the Role

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resource management, preferably in a multi-location or regional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices applicable to the region.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or an MBA with a focus on HR.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a multinational company or managing cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional HR operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates across the region.
• Provide guidance and support to local HR teams on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement employee development programs and succession planning.
• Analyze regional HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the region.
