The Electrical Hardware Engineer supports AI Server/Rack system-level electrical integration, diagnostic triage, validation, and test engineering. This role is critical to L10/L11 operations by maximizing factory yield, reducing cycle time, resolving system-level electrical issues, and serving as a technical bridge between manufacturing and R&D design teams.
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
2–4 years of experience with high-speed signal integrity, cabling, interconnect validation, and high-speed bus architectures. Strong understanding of SI principles and physical-layer link validation is required.
2–4 years of experience using advanced electrical laboratory and production test equipment, with the ability to perform high-frequency diagnostics, measurements, and hardware validation.
2–4 years of experience troubleshooting complex hardware failures and conducting root-cause failure analysis. Ability to interpret test results and work systematically toward corrective actions.
1+ year of experience with enterprise server, AI server/rack, system bring-up, L10/L11 integration, or similar hardware integration environments. Experience supporting factory-floor diagnostics and production validation is highly preferred.
