Location and Travel
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with regional travel.
- The successful candidate must be able to travel across the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa as required.
Role Overview
Support the establishment and day-to-day operation of Gotion’s Middle East organization.
The role covers office administration, employee support, business reception, local vendors, travel, and regional administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional office operations, including facilities, office assets, travel, accommodation, vehicles, meetings, procurement, and vendors.
- Establish and improve regional administrative policies, processes, expense standards, and approval procedures.
- Coordinate executive and key customer visits, including travel, meetings, hotels, transportation, and onsite arrangements.
- Support exhibitions, signing ceremonies, government and customer events, and other major business activities.
- Support employee visas, work and residence permits, insurance, housing, transportation, and expatriate assignments.
- Develop and manage local administrative vendors and service providers across key regional markets.
- Manage administrative budgets, expenses, supplier payments, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate administrative resources between China headquarters and regional teams.
