Role Overview

Project Management

• Develop project plans and ensure key milestones are completed on schedule.
• Manage RFI, RFQ, RFP, and large-scale project bidding activities.
• Coordinate sales, technology, R&D, business, supply chain, finance, and legal teams.
• Identify project risks involving technology, cost, price, delivery, certification, grid connection, guarantees, and contractual liability.
• Participate in customer technical meetings, workshops, clarification meetings, and business negotiations.
• Hand over signed projects to the executing project team with requirements, solutions, commitments, schedules, risks, and open issues.

Customer and Technical Coordination

• Clarify customer, owner, and EPC requirements for energy storage systems.
• Track technical, commercial, delivery, grid connection, performance guarantee, localization, and after-sales requirements to closure.
• Serve as the main pre-sales project coordination contact between customers and internal company teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the new energy, power, energy storage, or EPC industry is required.
• Experience in pre-sales, bidding, project management, or contract negotiation for large-scale energy storage projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of battery compartments, PCS, BMS, EMS, grid connection, RTE, and availability is required.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination abilities are required.
• Fluent English and strong reporting, meeting-minute, and presentation skills are required.

Location and Travel

• The role is based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and requires business travel to the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa.
