Role overview
Securitas Technology is seeking a results-driven Regional Account Manager focused on fire and security sales.
The role manages and grows existing commercial accounts while developing and securing new business.
The territory covers South London and surrounding areas.
Core responsibilities
- Lead sales from initial contact through negotiation and closing while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Maximize opportunities across allocated accounts and new business.
- Generate leads through self-initiated approaches, cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct quarterly customer visits to understand security requirements, grow accounts, and minimize attrition.
- Deliver sales and technical presentations at customer premises or Securitas offices.
- Plan and map accounts and understand client business and security needs.
- Perform site surveys and complete survey designs and scopes of work to NSI and company standards.
- Identify and segment key accounts proactively.
Experience and qualifications
- Professional sales experience and good commercial awareness.
