Role overview
The Junior Business & Data Analyst supports Securitas's Data Transformation Program by improving data quality and consistency across systems, platforms, processes, and domains.
The initial assignment focuses on aligning client-related data across Workforce Management systems, CRM, and ERP applications.
The role may move across Client, People, Finance, Contracts, Suppliers, Products and Services, and Operational Events domains.
Business and data analysis
- Analyze data quality, completeness, consistency, and usability across source systems, data platforms, and reporting layers.
- Compare and align client data across more than 40 Workforce Management systems, the central CRM platform, and approximately 60 ERP applications.
- Document end-to-end data flows, business processes, CRUD activities, and business-to-IT handovers.
- Map data elements to identify mismatches, missing values, duplicates, inconsistent definitions, and recurring defects.
- Prepare analysis outputs, issue summaries, and evidence for Data Domain Owners, Sponsors, and Stewards.
Data quality improvement
- Support root-cause analysis for data quality issues and distinguish correction needs from process gaps, system limitations, integration issues, and training needs.
