Role Overview
Securitas Technology is hiring a proactive Fire & Security Engineer to maintain and service customer fire and security systems.
The role provides autonomy to take ownership of issues, resolve them effectively, and help prevent future challenges.
The position supports customer systems across access control, intrusion protection, video surveillance, door entry, and related technologies.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre to deliver excellent customer service.
- Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits.
- Attend and resolve daily service calls and complete scheduled maintenance work.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle and stock.
- Join the callout rota and work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.
- Identify and refer potential sales opportunities, with commission available.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Applicants must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
- The role requires knowledge of intrusion systems such as Texecom, Galaxy, Pacom, or GE ranges.
