Role overview
Securitas Technology is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager for PACOM Systems.
The role focuses on new business acquisition and the management and expansion of integrator, partner, and end-user relationships.
The territory covers the UK and Ireland within the electronic security sector.
What you will do
- Own annual sales quota achievement through pipeline management, prospecting, and deal closure.
- Develop sales, territory, and account acquisition plans aligned with growth targets.
- Maintain monthly sales forecasts, pipeline data, and revenue outlooks.
- Identify PACOM opportunities across banking, utilities, retail, data centres, and critical infrastructure.
- Promote GMS, VIGIL CORE, and Unison across enterprise and multi-site environments.
- Manage relationships with VARs, system integrators, strategic partners, and key end-user accounts.
- Conduct business reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Manage RFPs, tenders, enterprise sales cycles, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain CRM reporting and provide territory, pipeline, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide feedback on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver client outcomes.
