Job purpose
The Onboarding Supervisor manages the onboarding process for new employees and ensures required procedures and requirements are completed before and after joining.
The role aims to provide a smooth, efficient, and organized onboarding experience in line with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the onboarding team and monitor daily activities and workflow.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure required documents and procedures are completed.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations departments.
- Ensure system access, equipment, tools, and workplace arrangements are ready before joining.
- Follow up with new employees and provide information, guidance, and support.
- Prepare onboarding schedules and ensure activities meet required timelines.
- Resolve onboarding-related issues with relevant departments.
- Prepare onboarding status and KPI reports.
- Assign team tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Improve onboarding procedures and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
