The General Director will lead a prestigious international school in Riyadh.
The role carries overall responsibility for the school’s strategic, academic, operational, administrative, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the school’s strategic direction and achieve institutional objectives.
- Provide executive oversight across academic, operational, administrative, and financial functions.
- Lead and develop the senior leadership team and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure high standards of educational quality and student and parent experience.
- Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and relevant authorities.
- Drive institutional development, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and policies.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of education-sector experience with significant leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading and managing international schools.
- Previous senior leadership experience as a School Director, General Director, Head of School, Executive Principal, Education Director, or equivalent.
- Experience overseeing academic, operational, administrative, and financial school functions.
- A proven record of leading senior leadership teams and driving institutional development.
- Strong strategic planning, performance management, and financial management capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluent English is essential.
