Role Overview
Lead the Operations team and take hands-on responsibility for daily operations, employee-related matters, and complex operational and labor cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and develop Operations Coordinators and review the quality and progress of their work.
- Manage daily operations and resolve employee and project-related matters in a timely manner.
- Oversee onboarding, mobilization, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, transfers, and separation.
- Handle escalated employee cases, complaints, disputes, investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination-related matters.
- Review employee documentation and provide recommendations based on Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, Legal, and other departments to resolve cases.
- Manage client escalations, document case progress, and ensure proper closure.
- Monitor team workload and performance, provide coaching, and report operational risks and critical cases to management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, HR operations, employee relations, or manpower/staffing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Hands-on experience with labor claims, employee disputes, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee relations matters.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team.
