Key Responsibilities
- Support academy management and daily operations.
- Assist with academic and operational planning.
- Coordinate academic and administrative teams.
- Monitor performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Support policies, procedures, and academic program implementation.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve academy objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Identify operational challenges and support effective solutions.
- Maintain a professional, high-quality learning environment.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in the academic or education sector is essential.
- Previous leadership or managerial experience in an academy, educational institution, or similar environment is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of academic operations and administrative processes is required.
Compensation
- The salary is SAR 25,000 per month.
