About the Role

- Coordinate interviews, offers, and smooth onboarding with HR
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Coordinate the full hiring process including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and salary negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
- Mass hiring experience is a must, preferably in real estate, retail, or customer facing industries
- Strong knowledge of local hiring trends and job market
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Fluency in Arabic is required
