- Proven experience as Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant / Back Office Executive

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline driven environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Office Secretary to support our back office operations.
- This role is ideal for a candidate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- This is a non customer facing role, focused on internal coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
