- Develop and implement strategies focused on real estate lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing across ad formats, messaging, audience segments, and channels
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Optimize budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI while maintaining lead quality
- Stay up to date with latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives
Requirements
- 2 4 years of hands on experience in digital advertising and media buying
- Proficiency in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat ad platforms
- Strong background in lead generation, preferably in real estate
- Solid understanding of performance tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, or AppsFlyer
- Fluency in Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage

Role Overview

Qualifications

- Fluency in Arabic is required.
