Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for chefs, waitstaff, hosts, mixologists, and management roles.
- Draft, optimize, and publish targeted job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialist hospitality job boards.
- Headhunt passive candidates in Dubai's luxury dining and DIFC restaurant sectors.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, hospitality demeanor, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate in-person interviews, kitchen trials, and service assessments with restaurant leadership.
- Maintain the ATS, track candidate progression, and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Communicate with candidates, prepare and extend offers, and negotiate within approved budgets.
- Assist with visa documentation, DIFC compliance, orientation, and initial onboarding.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience is required.
- UAE hospitality, food and beverage, or luxury restaurant recruitment experience is strictly required.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's premium dining talent pool, competitors, and compensation packages is required.
- Proficiency with Indeed for Employers, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard HR or ATS software is required.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and standard visa and onboarding procedures is required.
- DIFC-specific experience is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- The candidate should be organized, resilient, and comfortable in high-pressure environments.

- Work location is in person.
- The role is based in Dubai's DIFC restaurant environment.
