Lead marketing for a growing food and lifestyle brand with food trucks, pop-ups, new locations, seasonal menus, and limited-time offers.
The role focuses on building brand relevance, audience reach, and measurable campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the brand identity and expansion goals.
- Create campaigns for new location openings, seasonal menu launches, and limited-time offers.
- Oversee Instagram and TikTok content calendars and direct photo and video shoots.
- Design guerrilla-style activations and community events at cultural and waterfront destinations.
- Manage influencer relationships and secure strategic brand partnerships.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing spend.
- Set campaign KPIs, track ROI, and provide performance reports to the executive team.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven marketing management experience.
- Experience in Food and Beverage, fashion, or retail is essential.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and digital advertising platforms.
- A strong portfolio of visually striking campaigns with measurable engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing locations and menus.
- Willingness to travel 75%.
