As a Recruitment Consultant within our Construction & Property division, you'll be empowered to succeed by supportive leaders who encourage curiosity, collaboration, and bold thinking.
With access to market‑leading tools and diverse, high‑calibre customers, you'll be trusted to look beyond the obvious, challenge assumptions, and continually seek better ways of working.
Your Role Will Include
- **Searching for talent**
- using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Gulf Talent and our internal platforms, applying curiosity and agility to explore new ways of identifying great candidates.
- **Completing detailed market and talent mapping**
- , gathering insights on industries and target companies, and using these findings to bring clarity and strategic value to clients.
- **Representing clients in the marketplace**
- , ensuring every interaction reflects integrity, accountability and a deep understanding of their needs.
- **Developing and presenting strong shortlists**
- , selecting candidates not only on skills but also on cultural alignment and long-term impact.
- **Driving searches to successful closure**
- , proactively anticipating challenges, offering honest insights, and sharing relevant market trends and compensation data.

- Source, engage and assess talent across multiple digital channels.

- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines, thinking ahead to future needs.
- Provide transparent information that supports informed decision‑making throughout each recruitment process.
