Responsibilities
- Source and place top talent from Junior to Director level across the Middle East business
- Handle end to end recruitment cycle
- Manage day to day stakeholder liaisons and coordinate between hiring managers and recruitment needs
- Aid Hiring Managers and Directors with critical hiring decisions
- Manage screenings, follow ups, salary negotiations, and build long term relationships with candidates
- Develop substantial candidate network using different channels
- Administer and keep Applicant Tracking System up to date
- Generate reports and trackers as required, suggesting process improvements
- Create LinkedIn Pipeline Projects for different roles and approach candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Account
- Manage and constantly improve overall candidate experience
- Actively build and promote Turner & Townsend brand awareness
Requirements
- Saudi national
- BSc/BA degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Previous work experience in Middle East
- Experience with ATS systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Description

Qualifications
- Saudi national.
- Holder of a BSc / BA degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within construction field.
- Previous work experience in Middle East is mandatory.
- Experience with ATS systems is preferrable.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account is preferrable.
- Exceptional communication, networking, verbal, written, interpersonal skills required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi task functions using sound judgement.
- Highest regard for confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
