About the Role
Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager to act as the key client interface for large-scale building projects in Riyadh. The role requires a degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, 10+ years of project management experience, and strong pre- and post-contract delivery skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems for project delivery
- Review organisation structures and recommend alignment measures
- Monitor overall team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures
- Monitor and audit compliance with management systems
- Identify project risks, assign and manage mitigations
- Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
- Manage client stage gateway reviews and conditions precedent
- Manage design stage deliverables to schedule and quality
- Attend sites to review HSSE, logistics, and progress
- Produce formal reports on project progress against baseline and KPIs
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for the Employer’s representative
- Manage and administer contracts to protect client interests
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or equivalent technical qualification
- Buildings sector experience
- Minimum 10 years Project Management experience
- Recognised Project Management Qualification (desirable)
- Membership or chartership of a recognised professional industry body, such as RICS (desirable)
