Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Recruiter will be responsible for executing the recruitment strategies of IMP Aerospace to attract and retain top candidates from across the globe. Minimum 1 year of recent recruitment experience with proven ability to recruit technical and non-technical positions.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management (undergraduate degree with concentration in HR or undergraduate degree with post grad HR specialization).
Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment with demonstrated ability in behavioral interviewing and high-volume recruitment.
Technologically savvy and previous experience working in online recruitment platforms. Familiarity with SAP Success Factors and Abode Workspace would be considered an asset.
Working knowledge of human resources principles and practices including human rights and employment equity legislation. Familiarity with Canadian immigration process is an asset.
Ability to travel is required as travel is anticipated to attend recruitment and networking events on behalf of IMP.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle stressful situations in a fast paced, diverse environment.
Must have a sense of urgency with strong internal client focus and the ability to influence others.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong working knowledge of all required MS Office software.
Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance through PSPC- Contract Security Program, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
