Responsibilities
- Assist in all operations of ReConnect membership program and have knowledge of all Fitness classes and offerings
- Assist guest with check in to facilities
- Assist guests with product information and retail sales
- Provide guest information relating to Fitness Classes, Pool Day Pass and special offers, membership offerings
- Assist guest with payment collection for their respective membership
- Prepare agreement as per requirements
- Brief the guest about his benefits as part of his membership
- Solve guests issues and concerns
- Maintain membership database and records
- Consolidate monthly reporting of all membership activities
Requirements
- High School diploma, vocational training and/or 1 year work experience
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Friendly and pleasant disposition with people interaction skills
- High level of personal cleanliness and grooming
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High problem solving ability
- Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable but not essential
- Previous Fitness center experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Russian speaker
