Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the right team.
- Coordinate meetings, visitors, deliveries, and other reception requirements.
- Support daily office administration and maintain an organized workplace.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist with attendance, timesheets, leave records, and basic administrative reports.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and welcoming personality.
- Good command of
English and Arabic
.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel and Outlook
.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
