Core Responsibilities
- Support sales teams in the design and delivery of projects and coordinate with project team members.
- Support landscape business development, project winning, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop client relationships and attend key presentations and meetings.
- Create innovative concept designs for luxury villas and high-end developments.
- Lead preliminary and detailed drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Select landscape materials and palettes for hardscape, softscape, and site furniture.
- Lead concept and detailed master plans for premium residential and public realm projects.
- Manage projects from concept through construction and final handover.
- Prepare presentations using hand sketches and digital tools while managing multiple projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Experience in luxury villa and high-end residential landscaping is preferred.
- Proven experience in landscape and swimming pool design and execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high aesthetic sense for luxury outdoor spaces.
