Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and logistics activities including import/export documentation and customs clearance
- Manage freight costing, logistics budgeting, and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade practices
- Handle Dangerous Goods documentation and requirements if applicable
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office for tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures
- Experience in freight costing, logistics budgeting, and cost analysis
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade practices
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, documentation, and handling requirements is highly preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
- Valid QID and NOC
