Role Overview
Manage front-desk activities while handling client enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Work as a customer-focused Receptionist and Sales Consultant for an immigration and visa services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and incoming enquiries.
- Schedule consultations and maintain appointment records.
- Understand client requirements and explain immigration and visa services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified enquiries into registrations.
- Coordinate with sales and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records and work toward monthly sales targets.
Compensation
- Salary is based on experience and includes sales incentives; no payment cadence is specified.
Joining Availability
- Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales, or sales.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
- Comfort handling sales enquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic computer, email, and WhatsApp skills.
- Immigration, education, travel, or service-industry experience is advantageous.
