SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

  • As a Receptionist, you will perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and potentially confidential nature. This position is for an 8 months limited contract for a maternity coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates instructions or information to various individuals and/or departments.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions.
  • Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Organises and maintains files of assigned correspondence and records.
  • Prepares routine letters and memoranda for signature.
  • Prepares special reports, gathering, and summarising data.
  • Organises and prepares complex documents requiring integration of multiple office technology.
  • Arrange shipments for different departments and Cheque Collections.
  • Organises and expedites flow of work through supervisor's office.
