About the Role

- Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective and efficient implementation of marketing activities

- Establish close contact with regional Marketing and R&D regarding innovation and product development programs

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing is preferable
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in a leading Marketing Function
- Fluency in English and Arabic – both verbally and written – is preferred

Summary of the Role
- Lead and manage the marketing function by initiating, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing strategies in line with corporate and regional guidelines.
- The majority of the activities are typically dedicated to one segment.
Responsibilities
- Developing, establishing, and supporting the implementation of the regional Segment Marketing strategy in the local market to deliver on both growth and profitability targets.
- Close cooperation with the Head of Sales, develop and implement marketing strategies, action plans, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and implement proper pricing and product management strategies in cooperation with the Head of Sales.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective and efficient implementation of marketing activities, including advertising, campaigns, market research, product development, and new product launches.
- Manage and lead the marketing team by setting clear targets and framework, coaching and supporting team members.
- Establish close contact with regional Marketing and R&D regarding innovation and product development programs.
- Provide support to the Sales department by marketing activities/services and ensure alignment with distribution network concepts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing is preferable.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in a leading Marketing Function.
- Fluency in English and Arabic – both verbally and written – is preferred.
