Summary of the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic candidate to support the business through strategic HR activities, strong communication skills, as well as the ability to coach and empower others.
  • As the HR Manager, you will lead the HR function for Jotun Saudi Co. Ltd., shaping the company culture and driving people strategies that support both business growth and employee success.
  • This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is part of the Management Team and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to nurture, develop, and support the team
  • Deliver high quality, end to end HR services across the employee lifecycle
  • Manage all areas of HR including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design and HR management systems
  • Manage end to end mobility services for inbound and outbound employees
  • Implement and uphold Group, Regional, and local HR policies and processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR strategies contribute to business goals
  • Maintain compliance with legal and governmental requirements
  • Lead local training initiatives and employer branding efforts
  • Manage employee pension schemes and insurance plans

What We Look for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • International experience and/or experience within an international organization
  • Strong HR management experience across both operational and strategic HR
  • Solid exposure to Compensation & Benefits
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering results through others
