- Lead the HR function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to nurture, develop, and support the team
- Deliver high quality, end to end HR services across the employee lifecycle
- Manage all areas of HR including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design and HR management systems
- Manage end to end mobility services for inbound and outbound employees
- Implement and uphold Group, Regional, and local HR policies and processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR strategies contribute to business goals
- Maintain compliance with legal and governmental requirements
- Lead local training initiatives and employer branding efforts
- Manage employee pension schemes and insurance plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- International experience and/or experience within an international organization
- Strong HR management experience across both operational and strategic HR
- Solid exposure to Compensation & Benefits
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering results through others

Summary of the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic candidate to support the business through strategic HR activities, strong communication skills, as well as the ability to coach and empower others.
- As the HR Manager, you will lead the HR function for Jotun Saudi Co. Ltd., shaping the company culture and driving people strategies that support both business growth and employee success.
- This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is part of the Management Team and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to nurture, develop, and support the team

What We Look for
