Role Overview
Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist for its office team in Dubai.
The role manages front-desk activities, creates a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, and provides basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners professionally and courteously.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about office procedures.
- Maintain visitor registers and manage visitor access according to company policies.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and meeting-room bookings when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents.
- Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and basic data entry.
- Coordinate with accounting, HR, administration, and other departments regarding visitors and documents.
- Maintain office stationery and notify administration when supplies need replenishment.
- Handle client and company information professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, visitors, appointments, and deliveries.
