Role Overview
Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking an Office Driver to support daily business operations in Dubai.
The role provides transportation, office errands, and timely movement of documents and business materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees, management, clients, and visitors to assigned destinations.
- Drive company personnel to meetings, offices, airports, and other business locations.
- Perform office errands, document deliveries, and collection duties when required.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation systems to avoid delays.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
- Inspect the vehicle routinely and report maintenance or repair requirements.
- Monitor fuel levels and maintain vehicle usage and mileage records.
- Keep vehicle registration, insurance, servicing, and other documentation current.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company activities, client information, and travel schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading documents or light office materials when required.
- Report accidents, traffic incidents, vehicle issues, and other concerns promptly.
